Simon has made fantastic progress over last week or so and has reached Hastings, where he was met by a wonderful reception by Bexhill and Hastings Lions clubs.

The Lions also fed Simon and his crew and put them up for the night - which made a welcome change from the back of the van!

Simon said "I want to say a big thank you for all the support and kindness given to me."
