Visit ice age Shropshire

Brown Moss nature reserve, near Whitchurch, is an ice age landscape only 10,000 years old. The flat side was scoured by glaciers in the last age, but now it provides a natural haven for wildlife and over 200 plant species, all around a shallow mere.

To move around in the image, hold down your left mouse button and drag, or use cursor keys. Use "A" to zoom in and "Z" to zoom out. Please be patient while the image loads.
