Abhishek Bachchan who will soon be seen playing the father of Amitabh Bachchan in Paa this December, has got himself the role of a conman in his next film venture. Titled Special Chabbis, the movie is based on a true story. It is about the 1987 burglary of a well known jewellery store in Mumbai. Abhishek will play Mohan Singh, a conman who plans the most daring robbery in broad daylight. Directed by Neeraj Pandey of A Wednesday fame, Abhishek will play the master mind behind the heist. This is not the first time Abhishek plays a conman. He had a similar role in Bluffmaster and Bunty Aur Babli which were box office hits in UK cinemas. Pandey is also busy recruiting twenty-six actors to play various roles in this thriller. Filming is said to start middle of 2010. News feed by Manish Gajjar |
