Ros's country diary

I am originally from Hampshire but moved to London in '81 to pursue a career. In 2005, my partner Mark and I relocated to Plox Green near Snailbeach where we spent a glorious 18 months beside a dairy farm.

April 2007 we moved to our present location on the Shropshire/Powys border.

We have since adopted a feral cat whom we've named appropriately enough Ginger Cat.

Gordon is my Best Friend's big black dog who stays with us whenever she and her family leave Shropshire on their holidays.He's a very calm and quiet dog if a little stinky.

We also keep tropical fish and are enthusiastic gardeners
