Witton Albion 1 - 3 AFC Telford United

The pacy strikeforce of Lee Moore and Justin Marsden were expected to give Witton's strong, but lumbering, defence problems. Even so it was a surprise to everyone when Lee Moore opened the scoring in the first minute.

Witton played their part in an open and exciting game. Telford continued to create chances and even had two goals disallowed - one questionably so. The Bucks looked dangerous going forward, but Witton equalised in the second half to set up a nervous finish.

Telford continued to press and another goal looked on the cards. Chris Cornes made it 1-2 with a stunning lob from around 30 yards. Steve Foster then wrapped it up at the death to earn AFC Telford promotion to Conference North - making it a day to remember for the club and its jubilant fans.
