Ok... now they're up... keep 'em ready, flexed to text the show and share your slice of midday mayhem with Colin Young.

On air between 12 and 2 means he never stops for lunch - but makes up for it at weekends with his now famous Sunday roasts or sizzling curry dishes for family and friends.

Then there's the flip side of Colin Young.

Every Thursday at 7pm, soul, funk and disco from the mid 1970s through to the early 1980s. The greatest from "The Disco you were at"!

Get in the mood for that big night out at the weekend or just wallow in the memories of the days when you were strutting your stuff.

Two hours of the very best as you dance yourself dizzy or chill out to the mellow moods of some of the best soul and disco from the dance floor when vinyl was the thing on the wheels of steel.

Col's footie mad and the proud holder of a world golfing record (oh... and he's played a bit of county cricket in his time as well) so maybe it's his passion for sport which has made Col so competitive.
