E-tickets: what should I do if I have lost, haven't received, or can't print my e-ticket?
We can resend your e-ticket if you call our group bookings and access requirements line on 0370 901 1227 (from outside the UK, call: +44 1732 42 7770). If you can't print your e-ticket, you can show it to us on your smartphone or tablet device if you have one. Otherwise, please make a note of the booking reference number and bring this to your tour, along with proof of ID.
