To apply
Age limit: Applicants must be 18 years of age and over.
Residence: You must be resident in the UK or a UK citizen.
Availability: You must be willing and able to travel to Buenos Aires, Argentina, for filming.
Application form: Download and complete the Total Wipeout application form (Word, 152KB).
To download: click on the link and open or save the document to your computer, then print it out and fill it in. Or fill it in on your computer, save it, then print it out and sign the declaration.
Returning your application
You must return your completed application form by post to:

Auditions for series 3 of Total Wipeout take place in September/October 2009. Applications received after 25 September are unlikely to be considered for series 3, but will be considered for future series of the show.
