Surfari Scotland

Surfari Scotland organise all-inclusive surfing trips for beginners, going wherever the waves are best. They chase swell on all three coasts of Scotland and claim to be able to teach you to surf in just one weekend!

Qualifications/Experience:
- BSA qualifications / standards
- Twelve years of global surf travel / forecasting knowledge
- Six years experience teaching people of all ages to surf.

Packages available:

Prices below are per person for a group of five or six booking together (please contact for individual or smaller groups):

- 'Classic' Weekend Trip: £105 p.p.
- (as above, weekdays only) : £95 p.p.
- Long Weekend (additional Monday or Friday) £125 p.p.
- XL weekend (Isle of Lewis etc. Monday - Friday) £165 p.p.
- Nine days in south west France (P.O.A)
- Customised trips available.

Shorter, cheaper trips can be arranged for East Lothian etc. but it is difficult to book in advance, since the east coast does not have the reliable swell patterns of the Atlantic. Join our waiting list to go when the waves hit:

- Full Day Weekday (east coast) £40 p.p.
- Full Day Weekend (east Coast) £50 p.p.

Equipment:

Wet suit, surfboard, accommodation, transport, food (see website for details).

All equipment is provided, with new wet suits bought every season for maximum warmth and comfort. The boards are fat, floaty and incredibly uncool - but don't hurt if they hit your head and are designed specifically for beginners.

Après surf:
Campfire, guitars (talent dependent), drinks and lots of good food. Relive the experiences of the day.

What do I need to wear?
- Comfortable clothing and footwear.

What do I need to bring?
- Complete change of clothes, towels and refreshments for the drive.

When can I do it?
- All year round, but to be honest, business tends to falter around October. No idea why!
