The Loch of Skene, near Aberdeen, has an association with the supernatural that is said to be based on reality. Locals claim that in certain conditions you can see evidence of its spooky legend.

Steadings

Agriculture has changed beyond recognition in the last 50 years. Farmers use larger, more efficient machinery and raise modern fast-growing livestock. These changes have made many traditional farm steadings redundant, with some being converted into houses, offices or shops.
