Ayr Gold Cup hopefuls

With a purse of £150k the Ayr Gold Cup is the richest sprint handicap in Europe and the highlight of the Scottish flat racing calendar. No Scottish-trained horse has won the race since Roman Warrior's success in 1974.

Euan McIlwraith visits racehorse trainer Jim Goldie as he prepares Dhular Dhar and Hogmaneigh for the 2009 Ayr Gold Cup.

Euan takes a visit to Ayr to see how the two horses handle the competition at the Gold Cup 2009.
