BMX Bandits Formed in Bellshill in 1985 by Duglas T Stewart (Pretty Flowers) - the band was
so-named as Stewart didn't expect them to last more than one gig - the BMX Bandits
soon became core members of the 'C86' movement...

cameos from Teenage Fanclub members, or Eugene Kelly, or John McCusker or
various other luminaries of the Glasgow scene...

mean so much that I got a BMX Bandits tattoo put on my arm 5 years ago (I
would hazard a guess that I am the only person in the world with one)...
