Tayside Police have been a Grade One band since 2007. 2006's playing season in Grade Two was one of the most successful ever in the history of the Tayside Police Pipe Band. They were crowned Scottish Champions, British Champions, Cowal Champions and a 2nd place in the World Championships culminated in the band being crowned Champion of Champions, Grade Two.

Really think these guys deserved better than there placing by the judges. Judges should be ashamed of some of the placings they gave bands after listening to these recordings. Brilliant website for people to hear what exactly went on. Deffo a band to watch in future.

I think the judges placed this band right they probably could play as a grade 2 band and get like 10 place not a good thing for a band thats in grade 1 ... Top hand unbalance just didnt like the performance
