Strathclyde Police Pipe Band
The Strathclyde Police Pipe Band has won 12 World Pipe Band Championships – six of which were won in record breaking succession from 1981 to 1986. The unit still enjoys success at the top of the pipe band world – in 2003 the team was crowned British Pipe Band Champions.

My favorite band for decades has been the Strathclyde Police Pipe Band.Seeing them in the 2009 World's has been a reinforcement of my choice.Thanks.tom.
