Bloc Party are an English indie rock band, composed of Kele Okereke on vocals and rhythm guitar, Russell Lissack on lead guitar, Gordon Moakes on bass guitar and Matt Tong on drums. Their brand of indie rock has been compared to bands such as The Cure, Blur, The Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies and Joy Division.

AAAMMMMAAAAAZZZIIINNGG!My highlight of the weekend!!!!!!!!!!then there was the crowed surfing, teaseing the crowd with more and more songs just when we thought it was all over! Would do anything to do that hour or so all over again!

At saturday's gig, we took my daughter who had a fantastic experience for an 11 year old - she can't wait until next years! LOL Bloc Party were FAB! The Prayer is my fav song of there's - it was just a fantastic set. That green strobe lighting was amazing also. Loved his KILT!!! He was a brave lad wearing that! Hee! Hee! Overall they were FANTASTIC. I must say GRINDERMAN & GOMEZ also played AWESOME sets!!! What a magic day. Many thanks for a great day! X
