Angle and line facts - Test Bite

1.

In this diagram what is the value of x?

A horizontal line with another line protuding out of it at an angle of 125 degrees on one side, and x degrees on the other side.

x = °

2.

In this diagram what is the value of b?

A right angle with another line coming out from it at an angle of 67 degrees on one side, and b degrees on the other side

b = °

3.

In this diagram two lines are marked as being parallel. What is the value of c?

Two horizontal parallel lines intersected by a diagonal line slanting to the right. The obtuse angle formed at the top of the top line is 127 degrees. The obtuse angle formed at the top of the bottom line is labelled c degrees.

c = °

4.

In this diagram two lines are marked as being parallel. What is the value of d?

Two horizontal parallel lines. A diagonal line slanting left to right joins the opposite ends of the lines to form a z shape. The top inner angle created by this is 33 degrees. The bottom inner angle is called d degrees.

d = °

5.

In this diagram what is the value of e?

Two lines intersect diagonally to form an x shape. The angle in the top segment is e degrees. The angle in the bottom segment is 135 degrees.

e = °

6.

In this diagram what is the value of f?

A scalene triangle. The top angle is 80 degrees, the bottom left angle is 67 degrees and the bottom right angle is f degrees

f = °

7.

This triangle is isosceles. What is the value of g?

An orange isoceles triangle. The middle angle is marked as g degrees. One of the symmetrical angles is labelled 30 degrees.

g = °

8.

This triangle is isosceles. What is the value of h?

An isoceles triangle. The angle at the left is h degrees, the angle at the top right is 65 degrees, and the angle at the bottom right is not labelled.

h = °

9.

For this rectangle what is the value of i?

A rectangle. Two lines cros it diagonally joining the two sets of opposite corners for ming an x shape. The angle between the top of the x and the top edge of the rectangle is 30 degrees. The inside angle to the right of the x is called i degrees.

i = °

10.

For this rectangle what is the value of j?

A rectangle with an x shape inside joining up the opposite corners. The bottom angle from the intersected top left corner is 55 degrees, and the angle on the bottom left side of the bottom right corner is called j degrees.

j = °

11.

For this kite what is the value of k?

A rhombus, or kite, shape. Its longest end points right. The opposite corners

k = °

12.

For this rhombus what is the value of l?

A rhombus with its acute angles pointing left and right and obtuse angles pointing up and down. Each opposite angle is linked by a line, forming a cross in the middle. The top half of the left corner is 26 degrees, and the right half of the bottom corner is l degrees.

l = °
