The following techniques of gathering and processing information will be part of the geography exam.
Types of question
The exam will ask two kinds of questions:
- What technique(s) would be used to gather information
- What technique(s) would be used to process information
At Foundation Level you will be asked to state a technique from a given short list.
At General Level you will be asked to name a technique(s) and justify your choice with a reason.
At Credit Level you will be asked to name a technique(s) and justify your choice(s) with reasons.
