isle of coll

A tribute to the isle of Coll
Rugged island ,stormy seas
Bathed in peace and tranquillity
As I walk your lonely shore
Atlantic breakers loudly roar.
Deserted houses, now in ruin
Conjure dreams of life therein;
Fireside ceilidhs by peat fire flame
Dancing till dawn breaks through again.
Life here may be simple
But you`re sure to find
A welcome sincere from folks who are kind.
