'S e sgitheanach a th'ann am agus tha mi direach air ais bhon a Mod, ged a bha e ann an Steornabhagh!!! Duilich direach a tarraing as, bha am Mod fior mhath, ach tha mi eagalach sgith, 7 laithean air an deoch bha sin diorbh agus tha fios aig feadhainn gu bhiel mi a' fas seann.

Today I thought I'd put in a wee bit of English, one 'cause I'm feeling lazy and two 'cuase I'm sure there are folks out their wondering what the **** I'm talking about.
Well I'm from Ord in Skye, now living in Drumfearn and I haven't really got any special agenda in my blog just a bit of gossip and news from Sleat, I'll be mainly posting in Gaelic as I'm at Sabhal Mor and I think it's kind of novel!!
I also have a slight obsession with F1 and throughout the season (which most will be glad is finished) I will be boring you with my opinions. I have inserted a hideous picture of me looking like a lobster on the front of the grid at this years grand prix - it was worth every penny even if my bank manager's not talking to me!!

For anyone out there who's interested in what's going on in Sleat we will be publishing a monthly community paper starting next month called 'An Sgleat' its a not for profit paper and i will keep you up-to-date with developments.
