Quiz Blog 2

Each week we set a theme and you set questions to the theme.

It's a feast of oddball trivia and useless information. There's some talk of mystery prizes, though very little evidence yet.

This weeks theme is food, and to kick things off our first question is: What is Agar-Agar?
Posted on Quiz Blog at 10:45

Comments

Agar-agar is a vegetarian alternative to gelatin and is produced from dry seaweed. Sometimes called Japanese gelatin.

Gary Sutherland from Tobermory
