If you cannot see the moving picture of John above, then you will need the Flash Player plug-in to use the Flash version of this site.
What is a plug-in?
A plug-in is an additional program which enhances your internet browser. There are a variety of plug-ins available on the web today which allow you to view a wide range of content from videos to animations.
There are a number of ways of getting the plug-in you need:
Visit the Macromedia Shockwave site and download the Flash plug-in for free. Their site offers plenty of advice and answers to common queries about plug-ins. Once on the page follow the steps (make sure you don't miss step one - click the auto install button).
Go to download the Flash Playerplug-in.
Alternatively another option would be to install the latest version of your Internet browser for free, which have the plug-ins built in.
If you've never downloaded anything from the internet before and need some general advice, a good place to start would be "Download Questions and Answers." From our beginners internet service: BBC Webwise.
