Gollum Checks In
Our website appeal dog makes a return to Battersea. You may recall that we're trying to find a dog a home, in a pet match that's exclusive to the website. Gollum, the pooch in question, recently returned to Battersea with Natasha, his foster mum. She's a kennel hand at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. Being a foster mum is like having your own dog, you are in charge of looking after it, feeding it, walking it, but just until it gets a new home. Natasha has been fostering Gollum for a couple of months. We've now updated our gallery with pictures from his return visit. Click here to download pictures of Gollum to your desktop. Give a dog a home To apply to be Gollum's new owner, email animalrescuelive @bbc.co.uk with your name, address, contact numbers (home and mobile, please). As part of the application process the BBC requires you to supply your name, email address, and phone numbers which the BBC will treat in confidence in accordance with its BBC's Privacy and Cookies Policy. Those candidates who are deemed suitable by the production team will also have their personal details passed on to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home and for the sole purpose of determining if they are a suitable match with Gollum. |
