the man in the moon by Colette Hiller

Preparation
Print and enlarge 'the man in the moon' for whole class reading.
Print individual A4 copies of the poem for use in independent work.
Print the 'Write your own -oo- poem' worksheet for use in independent work.
Find additional rhymes featuring 'moons': 'the man in the moon came down too soon'; 'Hey, diddle diddle';
Go through the suggested onscreen activities from this website for independent work. (see below)
