- We are said to be obsessed with the weather. How does the weather affect children in a day?
- For homework children recall the day's weather and how it influenced the food they ate, the clothes they wore, the activites they enjoyed, their home (e.g. was the heating on?, were the windows open?)
- This could be extended to a week's activities, one box for each day - What the weather was like; I was/played indoors/outdoors; What I could/couldn't do (because of the weather); Clothes I wore; Food (influenced by weather) ; Summary of the week's weather and its effect on me.
