The Beauty of Maps

This resource provides lesson plans and worksheets inspired by the BBC Four programme, The Beauty of Maps.

The programme explores five historical, geographical and religious maps, highlighting their artistic attributions and revealing the stories they tell.

To add a modern context, the final lesson reveals the digital maps of our present day.
