Responsible for:

Overseeing a development and making sure it complies with any regulations.

Salary:

£15,000 - £22,000 for graduates a year. Top salaries can be over £100,000.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 9-5, but overtime can be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

A degree accredited by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

General requirements:

Excellent negotiation skills, good at problem solving and negotiating, Good IT skills and a logical mind. You need to have good IT skills and enjoy problem solving. It's important to have excellent communication skills too, since you'll need to deal with people of all levels and negotiate when issues arise.
