This game revises spelling rules and patterns covered by the National
Literacy Strategy framework of objectives between Years 3 - 5 (Primary
4 - 6 in Scotland and Northern Ireland).

The game is presented as a dramatic story.
Dramatic
context
A diamond necklace has been stolen from the museum at Castle Park. The
children using the site are invited to help Kate and Nadim track down
the thief and recover the necklace by doing 6 spelling challenges.
Clue List
The children are prompted to print out a Clue List on which they can record each clue as they get it. The children can return to the game in more than one session and take up where they left off.
