When asked what they know about their rights when trying to return unwanted goods, members of the public express a good deal of confusion. Reporter Jenny Culshaw talks to Sara Barry of Consumer Direct who explains exactly what consumers' rights are in relation to unwanted and faulty items, and shopping online.
