We don't always feel the same so it’s helpful if we can say how we’re feeling.
Comment tu te sens? - How do you feel?
Je suis content. - I feel happy (if you’re a boy).
Je suis contente. - I feel happy (if you’re a girl).
Je me sens triste. - I feel sad.
Je suis fâche. - I feel annoyed.
Why are you feeling like that? Perhaps it was some music? Or something at school?
C’est super! - It’s fantastic!
C’est magnifique! - It’s fabulous!
C’est nul / nulle! - It’s rubbish!
C’est affreux / affreuse! - It’s awful!
C’est ennuyeux / ennuyeuse! - It’s boring!
If you’ve heard some good music or a great play, perhaps you might want to shout one of these to encourage the performers!
Bravo! - Bravo (well done)!
Super! - Super!
Chouette! - Cool!
Fantastique! - Fantastic!
