Claude Monet was a French painter who loved nature. He liked to paint his garden: some of his best-known paintings are of the water lilies in a pond at the bottom of his garden.

Auguste Rodin was a sculptor. He made many beautiful statues, including one made from out of bronze of a man sitting down thinking. He called this statue Le Penseur.

Le Louvre is one of the most famous art galleries in the world. It is in Paris. There are many beautiful and famous paintings inside such as Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, a famous painting of a woman’s face. There’s a huge glass pyramid outside the gallery.

Gustave Eiffel is a very famous architect. Can you guess what which building he is famous for? That’s right the EIFFEL Tower or La Tour Eiffel. Le Tour Eiffel is so tall that it was the tallest structure in the world for 41 years!
