Pictograms

Pictograms are another way of showing the information from a frequency table.

A pictogram where one bike wheel represents 2 bikes. The number of Ranger bikes is one and a half bike wheels, or 3 bikes. The number of Outdoor bikes is two and a half wheels, or 5 bikes. The number of Tourer bikes is 0. The number of Starburst bikes is one wheel, or 2 bikes. The number of Moutain bikes is 5 wheels, or 10 bikes.

The key shows that 2 bikes are represented by a picture of a wheel. So half a wheel must represent 1 bike.
