Virtual tour of Mohenjo-Daro for children

British Museum site aimed specifically at children and provides a virtual tour of Mohenjo-Daro. It also covers the Indus civilisation and the development of writing alongside myths and legends from later times. There is an interactive timeline and a teacher's section.

Another British Museum site, offering a moving timeline and the chance to compare the Indus civilisation with other ancient civilisations, such as Mesopotamia.

The Metropolitan Museum created this web feature, which surveys the flourishing of the world's earliest civilizations in Mesopotamia and surrounding regions - stretching from the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean across Iran and Central Asia to the Indus Valley.
