A FACT is a statement that can be proven as true or false.
Example: The ancient city that we know as Mohenjo-Daro was built on two manmade mounds.
An OPINION is someone's view, belief or way of thinking about something.
Example: Some archaeologists believe that a big natural disaster put an end to the Indus civilisation.
