Sample answer

Chuaigh mise agus mo chairde chun na Fraince i mí Lúnasa anuraidh. Fuair muid an bád ach, ar an drochuair, bhí mé tinn.

Chaith muid coicís ar an chósta. D'fhan muid in árasán a bhí ag amharc amach ar an fharraige.

Bhí neart le déanamh i rith an lae. Chuaigh muid go dtí an trá ar maidin agus bhí muid ag imirt cluichí nó ag amaidí san uisce. Corrlá, bhí sé róthe agus mar sin de, chaith muid an t-am ag ól líomanáide sa chaife. Chuir mé aithne ar a lán daoine nua. San oíche, chuaigh muid isteach sa bhaile mhór. Bhí féile ar siúl agus d'éist muid le ceol ar na sráideanna. Bhí atmaisféar iontach ann!

A Bhríd a chara,

Thug muid cuairt ar Pháras ar an bhealach ar ais agus chonaic muid an Túr Eiffel, ar ndóigh. Is breá liom an Fhrainc!

An bhliain seo chugainn, rachaidh an teaghlach uilig go Meiriceá ar laethanta saoire ach tá sé ar intinn agam dul ar ais chun na Fraince nuair a bheidh mé níos sine.
