Exam Tips

  • When talking about times and a typical day the vocabulary is fairly straightforward so you might be asked to listen carefully for exact details to get the mark. In this exercise, the challenge is to understand exactly what time each thing happened in two different circumstances.

  • Remember that the 24-hour clock is used much more in France than here. As time can appear in almost any part of the GCSE paper make sure you learn it thoroughly!
