Analysing questionnaire results

You should already have read the notes on Questionnaires before starting this section.

After you've collected your data, you will need to display your results using charts and graphs. The final part of your survey will then be to interpret the data and explain any patterns and trends.

Entering data

When you have collected all your survey data, you will need to type it into the spreadsheet before you can analyse it.

In the example below, the questions have been put across the top and each person's answer has gone into a new row. The results are from a survey of parents about their children's internet and TV use.

It may be easier to enter the data if you make a form. Put the questions along the top row, then click Data and then Form
