Evaluating

Evaluating your work is an important part of the project. Continuously think about how your work could be improved and what things you would have done differently if you'd had more time or access to different resources.

Continuous evaluation

You really need to be constantly evaluating your work as you go along and describe things like:

  • Is your work free from errors?
  • Is your work fit for purpose?
  • What are the good bits and bad bits of each product?
  • How could the product be improved?
  • What do people in the target audience think?

Think about these things as you construct your plan and include time for evaluating and improving your work as you go along rather than as a final evaluation. The process should be something like the one shown in the diagram below:

If your work isn't fit for purpose, don't be afraid to re-design, re-make and test again

It is really important that other people also evaluate your work. You must include time in your plan for other people to look at your work and provide feedback to help improve your work.
