Ronan and Jack from St Columb's College were at the LegenDerry Maritime Festival for BBC News School Report as the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race arrived in Derry-Londonderry. The School Reporters spoke to members of the homecoming crew as they arrived tired but happy.

The students spoke to the mother of one sailor who fell overboard during the race and also Sean McCarter, skipper on the Doire, as they learned what daily life was like for the crew during the race and took in the atmosphere as thousands of people lined the quay to welcome the boats after their 2,800 mile journey from New York.
