Crowd in the pink for Giro d'Italia in Northern Ireland

School Reporters Shauna and Matthew from St Killian's College in Ballymena braved the rain to report on the arrival of the Giro d'Italia cycle race in Northern Ireland.

They visited the village of Cushendall to speak to local residents, the lady captain of the golf club, a shopkeeper and a local politician about the positive impact of the event.

They also appeared on BBC Radio Ulster's Saturday morning show Your Place and Mine.
