In Pictures: News Day 2014 at BBC New Broadcasting House

How the students got on at New Broadcasting House for this year's News Day.
Newsround presenters Ricky Boleto and Leah Gooding were joined by School Reporters from Lambeth Academy for a special edition of the One Show at 14:00 which was shown online and through the Red Button.
Tony Hall engaged with the students to see what they were up to as well as giving advice and sharing his own experiences in the world of media.
School reporters from Sacred Heart School Joined BBC Radio 2's regular host Jeremy Vine in the studio as they watched and learnt what goes on behind the scenes when a radio show is on air.

After a hard morning of interviewing the staff, the Twickenham Academy students begin to write up a report for the website. Look at that concentration!
News Day involves a lot of concentration, work and skills to be able to work in a team. Looks like the students from Slough and Eton CE Business and Enterprise College can easily handle this!

So many screens to look at! I hope the students from St Aloysius RC College took notes when they visited the newsroom today so they can teach us something!
