BBC News School Report gives 11-16 year-olds the opportunity to make and broadcast their own news to a real audience.

Teachers at Harris City Academy describe how students have benefitted from taking part in the project at their school, while Helen Shreeve, the editor of School Report, explains how the project aims to encourage young people to actively engage with the news and the world around them.
