Pupils question Liverpool South MP about food poverty in the UK

School Reporters Evie and Georgia from St. Julie's Catholic High School in Liverpool interviewed their local MP Luciana Berger about the issue of food poverty in the UK, said to be affecting up to a shocking quarter of the UK's population.

The students discovered how saddened their MP was to find so many people in the community affected by poverty and in need of local food banks, which provide food to those struggling to eat.
