Bristol students explain effect of horsemeat scandal

Students from Oasis Academy John Williams in Bristol report on the lost trust in the supermarkets following the horsemeat scandal and how it has affected the way they choose their meals.

Students discuss their views on the labelling of food produce, uncertainty over what else could be in their food and interview their school's food technology teacher.
