It's been a memorable few days for School Reporters Mercy and Conrad from Skinners' Academy in Hackney.
Fresh from appearing in Friday's spectacular Olympic opening ceremony for an estimated worldwide audience of a billion people, the pair were interviewed about their experience just a few hours later on the BBC News Channel.
Mercy and Conrad held the symbolic petals that were carried for every single team, with Mercy accomapanying the Nepal athletes and Conrad put with Mauritania team.
And perhaps just as exciting was the fact that Mercy got the chance to meet Usain Bolt, the Olympic 100m and 200m champion and the fastest man in the world - and even give him a hug!
