London 2012: An insight into the life of an Olympian

Help

Pupils from Lealands High School in Luton travelled to the University of Bath to speak to athletes from St Vincent and the Grenadines to get an insight into their preparations for the Olympics.

They spoke to three Olympic athletes: track and field hopefuls Courtny Bascombe and Courtney Williams who are both competing in the 100m and 200m, and 50m freestyle swimmer Tolga Akcayli.

The athletes told the School Reporters all about their vigorous training regimes, how they are adapting to the English weather and also revealed their personal life ambitions.
