Gary Lineker backs Big Splash Mile campaign

As a former England captain and a star striker for Leicester, Everton, Barcelona and Tottenham, Gary Lineker is synonymous with football.

But the Match of the Day presenter is throwing his support behind a swimming initiative, promoting the Big Splash Mile campaign to raise money for important projects in the UK and abroad.

Talking to to School Reporters from the West London Free School in Hammersmith, Gary discussed a recent trip to Bangladesh where he found that learning to swim can save lives.

The students also quizzed him on the Olympics and England's hopes at Euro 2012 and got the answer to the big question - what's Gary's favourite flavour of crisp!?
