School Report at Westminster Abbey

Four young School Reporters from Ponteland Community Middle School in Newcastle were on an exclusive guest list at Westminster Abbey recently to report on Commonwealth Observance Day.

They joined the Queen and other members of the royal family, VIPs and celebrities and 1,000 other young people from around the UK.

The service, organised by the Royal Commonwealth Society, celebrated the diversity and culture of all the Commonwealth countries through music, dance and speech.
