Olympic rowing: Carol singing and Guinness - GB rowers reveal their secrets!

School Reporters Antony and Caitlin grabbed the opportunity to interview British rowers Hester Goodsell, Alex Gregory and Louisa Reeve at the trials at Dorney Lake, near Windsor.

Reaching the top in rowing requires huge levels of dedication and endless hours of training, but there is still time for a bit of relaxation!

Caitlin, 14, and Antony, 13, both Year 9 students at Waingels College in Reading, have been talking to some of those hoping for a place in Team GB and finding out how about their lives away from the water.

They also managed to talk to British rowing legend Sir Matthew Pinsent - although they had some stiff competition!

School Report is an annual BBC project which helps young people make their own news reports for a real audience.
