MFL: Primary French - 'Trampoline'
listenListen to an extract from the series Age 7 - 11
15 mins
Build confidence with spoken FrenchTrampoline is a new series for pupils aged 7 to 11 which aims to develop confidence with spoken French. Programmes are fun and easy to use and link closely to the QCA Scheme of work for French. A great way to introduce and develop a Modern Foreign Language in your school.

Curriculum links
The teaching of a MFL is currently non-statutory at Key Stage 2, although the National Curriculum recognises the importance that such study can have (describing it as 'a valuable educational, social and cultural experience for all pupils'.) This series closely matches the attainment targets outlined in the non-statutory guidance. It also has cross-curricular links to PSHE.
