The audio clips are enhanced with video, providing a focus image while listening. An ideal resource for sharing with large groups via an Interactive White Board. These webpages include 31 short audio dramas relating to the topic 'The Victorians'. They feature some of the key people and events from the era, as identified in the National Curriculum for History (incuding, for example, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, Alexander Graham Bell, Mary Seacole, Dr David Livingstone, etc). There is also an emphasis on the lives of children from a variety of backgrounds, including working children and homeless children. |
